- Presentation to Detective Stephen Rowe recognizing 25 years of service to the Lower Providence Township Police Department
- Promotion of William R. Hopkins to the rank of Sergeant for the Lower Providence township Olice Department
- Recognition of Hoy Park as recipient of the Pennsylvania Horticulatural Society's Community Greening Award
