Montgomery County's Most Wanted: Warrants for Child Support
The following 11 suspects are wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for Warrants in Child Support cases.

These 11 suspects are wanted on warrants extending from child support cases. They each are named (see the photo caption) along with their date of birth, last known town of address and amount owed in back support.
Those with information on these wanted individuals can submit an E-TIP (by clicking on the blue link) or call the Warrants Unit at 610-278-3340.
Far more than just 11 are wanted in the county for similar warrants. The full list of those with outstanding Domestic Relations Bench Warrants can be found on the Sheriff's Office website here.

Basic Child Support in Pennsylvania is calculated using the parents' earning capacities. If a person has a legitimate reason that he/she had a loss of income and can no longer afford to pay an existing support obligation, he/she must file for modification otherwise the missed payments continue to accrue which is what is referred to as "arrears". Once arrears accrue, it is generally too late to ask for modification on the missed payments.

Yea well, when I was raising my kids, alone, with no child support, It didn't matter what my earning capacities were. My children were incapable of modifiying their need for food and shelter for my benefit.

I look at the most wanted on both domestic and criminal warrant lists and I look up what people paid for their house. I love public information!!

It's embarrassment! If the public wants to know about any of these guys or other public information, they will look it up. Post some good news this site is starting to look like a tabloid.
