Police: $11,000 Worth of Landscaping Equipment Stolen in Collegeville

Items included a Bobcat Hydraulic Auger and a Stone Cement Mixer.

 

Lower Providence police responded to B&M Landscaping, located at 11 Crosskeys Road in the Collegeville section o the township, on Nov. 15. According to the senior operations manager of B&M Landscaping, who also the president and CEo of Arista Pool and Spa, both businesses store equipment at the B&M location. The manager told police that on Nov. 15, he observed three pieces of landscaping equipment missing from the rear of the property, adding that the equipment was not secured or in a gated area, nor were they at any job site.

Most of the items were last seen in September or earlier this month.

The items reportedly stolen:

  • Black Bobcat Brush-Hog Brush Cutter, a BobCat Brush-Hog – $5,000
  • White/Black Bobcat Hydraulic Auger with 36 inch Drill Bit, a bobcat - $4,000
  • Blue/Yellow Stone Cement Mixer, stone; one stolen at $2,000

Hopefully with the machinery being the size that it is, it will turn up somewhere soon.When it does I hope you nail them to the wall so Eagleville,Trooper,Collegeville area don't turn into another Norristown. (some areas)
