The Preserve at the Bay Club to host “Wine Down Thursday” on Thursday, July 17th at Waterman Grille
What: The Preserve at the Bay Club will hold a “Wine Down Thursday” event for the public on Thursday, July 17 at the Waterman Grille in Providence, RI. Please come enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while learning more about The Preserve at Bay Club. Built by Aerie Homes, the 36 single-family homes offer 1,825-2,115 square feet of living space with open, functional floor-plans and luxury finishes. All of the layouts feature a minimum of two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage, three or four bedrooms, and options for a first-floor master suite. The homes optionally feature an additional sunroom, bonus room and golf cart bay. As a signing bonus to any July purchase, Aerie Homes will pay the first month’s fee for a social membership at the Bay Club or will purchase a golf cart for the property buyer’s personal use!
