Phoebe needs a new home.
The three-year-old pitbull mix is house broken and fixed, according to owner Christina Paolucci.
She's also sweet, funny, playful and energetic, is pretty well trained (knows sit, lay, stay and fetch) and is great with dogs, kats and kids.
