MontCo DA to Dedicate Plaque Honoring Fallen Police Officer Bradley Fox
The plaque honors Plymouth Township Police Officer Bradley Fox, who was killed pursuing a suspect while on duty.
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman is set to dedicate a plaque in the memory of fallen Plymouth Township Police Officer Bradley Fox on Friday, exactly one year after he was killed while pursuing a suspect, according to Philly.com.
Ferman also will give Fox’s family the District Attorney's Medal of Honor, as part of Montgomery county’s Hero Cop Plaque Program. "He gave his life in an effort to keep the citizens of our community safe," said Ferman.
The plaque will be added near the Schuylkill Trail in Conshohocken, where Fox died. His colleagues have already built a memorial to their fallen colleague there.

PECO has given a license to use a part of the property for the plaque.
On Sept. 13 of last year Andrew C. Thomas, a 44-year-old ex-convict, fatally shot Fox, 34, before shooting and killing himself, said police. Fox had been pursuing him in a car chase.

Fox is now the 27th law enforcement officer in Montgomery county who died while on duty.
