The buffet itself offers over 300 options for foods. Traditional Chinese dishes, such as General Tso's chicken, lo mein and peppered steak are offered next to seafood choices like crabs, shrimp (peel-and-eat, fried and wrapped in bacon), clams (raw and steamed), lobster balls, and mussels. The sushi bar boasts more than 50 unique types of rolls and sashimi.

Diners can also select in a salad-bar, raw style items for a hibachi stir fry. The selections are then tossed onto a hot grill and cooked before your eyes while you wait. Various vegetables, rice and noodles can be mixed with your choice of meats, including pork, chicken, beef or shrimp (or of course remain meat-free).
