USED BIKE COLLECTION

Bikesport once again partners with Pedals for Progress (www.p4p.org).  We're collecting adult and kids bicycles to send to Nicaragua, Ghana, El Salvador, Uganda, and Guatemala.  Please do your part to put unused bikes to good use in the developing world.  People in remote villages have no means of transportation and are walking miles to school or to a job.  A bicycle gives the opportunity to get places easily or to develop a newer better way of life.   P4P isn't just donating used bikes.  Its also helping to develop world economies by promoting self-sustaining bicycle repair businesses.  We're also collecting working sewing machines!

Please plan to also give a $10 minimum donation with each bike or sewing machine for shipping.  Items and donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be provided.

If you need to bring us the bikes during the week before our collection on Nov. 18th, we'll be happy to accept them.
Please call us to arrange early drop-off, or with questions at 610-489-7300.  Volunteers are also needed day of event for 1 hour - 3 hours.
