Ernestine H. "Ernie" (Sommers) Frank, 82, of Lower Providence, was born on March 21, 1931 in East Stroudsburg, PA and died Oct. 19, 2013 in her current Lower Providence home. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in hospital dietetics from Penn State University in 1953 and she was part of the Augustus Lutheran Church.
