Approx. $600 in Yard Equipment Allegedly Stolen, Say Police

A woman told police that her father's leaf blower and compressor went missing from a Lower Providence home garage, say police.

Lower Providence police went to the 500 block of South Park Avenue in Lower Providence to a home on Oct. 2 to see about a complaint of a breaking and entering incident, according to a Lower Providence police report.

Police spoke with a woman around 7:30 p.m. who said that her father’s leaf blower and compressor were no longer in a home garage, say police. The woman told police that her husband last saw them when he used them on Oct. 29., according to the police report.

The woman said that her father told her that the leaf blower, of the Redmax brand, was valued at approximately $300, and the M-Blow compressor, also about $300, say police. The woman also told police that someone had entered the garage in May and took reciprocating saws, say police.
