UPDATE: Teen Missing from St Gabe's Found

Officials from Saint Gabriel’s Hall say a 15-year-old boy that left their facility has been found.

UPDATE: [11/11/12; 3:10 p.m.] According to an official from St. Gabriel's Hall, a 15-year-old boy who left the juvenile detention facility without permission on Saturday has been located. The boy is currently being housed at an Abington location.

St. Gabriel's declined to comment further on the incident or what led to the boy leaving the facility.

UPDATE: [11/10/12; 2:15 p.m.] An unnamed official from St. Gabriel's Hall has confirmed that a 15 year old boy is still missing and authorities are currently searching for him in the area.

"He's still out there," said the official.

The boy is reportedly a black male, 5'5" tall, medium build with no visible scars or identifying marks. The boy was reportedly wearing grey pants, a white shirt, and flip flops when he left the facility. Earlier reports indicated that the teen may have blood on his clothes.

According to the official, police had contacted St. Gabriel's to report that a building in the corporate center along Trooper Road in Audubon had been broken into earlier today and the missing boy is believed to be the perpetrator.

"I think if he was the one, he probably broke it looking for a place to sleep," said the St. Gabriel's official.

St. Gabriel's have contacted the boy's parents who reportedly said that he hasn't returned home.

Lower Providence Police have not returned calls for comment at this time.

Blood on his clothes? Is there anything we should be worried about?
