King of Prussia Man Charged with Having Sex with Teen; May Be Other Victims, DA Says

Paul Corrigan, 47, of King of Prussia, allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old girl at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Upper Merion Township.

A King of Prussia man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old runaway teen at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Upper Merion Township.

Paul Corrigan, 47, of the 500 block of Philadelphia Avenue, has been charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, furnishing alcohol to a minor and related offenses in connection with the incident.

According to a report by 6ABC, Corrigan met the teen in March at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, but he soon began to buy her cigarettes and alcohol. The relationship then turned sexual, and on June 4, the teen's parents reported her missing to police, the report states.

The following day, police learned that the teen was with Corrigan, and they later spotted his vehicle at the hotel, according to 6ABC. Later that night, police spotted the teen, who took police to her hotel room where they found Corrigan in his underwear, along with a bottle of lubricant, a sex toy, and an empty Victoria's Secret bag, the report states.

Corrigan had his preliminary hearing on June 10, and all charges were held over, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman. During the course of the bail arguments, officials learned that Corrigan may have worked as a school teacher in Philadelphia, prompting them to wonder if there may be more victims who have yet to come forward.

Anyone who may recognize the photo and have information about unreported incidents is asked to contact the Ferman's office at Ph: 610-278-3090.
