Man Visited Prison With Marijuana Cigar, Police Say

An Allentown man is facing charges after allegedly arriving to Graterford Prison for a visit with a marijuana cigar, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Luis Felipe Soto, 46, arrived at the Skippack correctional institution on Sept. 8 around 10 a.m. and was allegedly found to be in possession of the illegal substance, police said.

Soto was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and contraband. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
