Local Penn State Alumni Association to Honor Paterno at June Gala

Local artist Daniel Duffy has created artwork honoring the JoePa legacy at Penn State. The 409 wins serve as the focal point of the piece.

The Montgomery County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association will present the family of Joe Paterno with original artwork honoring the coach’s legacy during an event on June 18.

The event, to be held at Normandy Farm Hotel, 1401 Morris Rd in Blue Bell, will celebrate Paterno, who in 2011 became the winningest coach in Division I college football.

The original artwork will be presented family members Sue, Jay, and Diana Paterno during this event.

Tickets for this event are $59.95 and include a Tuscan Dinner Buffet. There will be a silent auction and basket raffle benefiting the Montgomery County Chapter's scholarship fund and the Paterno Foundation.
