Indecent Exposure, Masturbator Case Brings LP, UP Police Together

Local authorities are searching for a man who has exposed himself, masturbated in public before walkers in both townships.

After five reported cases, the area's police are working together to find a man that has been exposing himself in public. Lower Providence and Upper Providence Township Police Departments are investigating five reported incidents of indecent exposure occurring between April 6 and May 12 in both Lower Providence or Upper Providence townships. The incidents have occurred in the late afternoon and early evening as area residents walk along roads or trails, according to police. Each of the five reports were filed as having happened between 3:20 and 7:25 p.m. Police say that the man would be in place prior to the walkers approaching, jump out of his vehicle without any pants on, or with his pants pulled down. Lower Providence Man Sentenced for Indecent Exposure

The incident took place at the Audubon Ale House in March, and involved asking patrons 'Knock Knock?'

According to a Times Herald report, a Lower Providence man has pleaded guilty to an indecent exposure charge this week for exposing his genitals to patrons at the Audubon Ale House. The report states that Kiel E. Jeffers, 25, of the 2000 block of Greene’s Way Circle, was sentenced by Judge Steven O’Neill in Montgomery County Court to two years’ probation and 24 hours of community service. The incident was said to have occurred March 11, when Lower Providence Police responded to a report at the Audubon Ale House of a male committing indecent exposure.
