Indecent Exposure, Masturbator Case Brings LP, UP Police Together
Local authorities are searching for a man who has exposed himself, masturbated in public before walkers in both townships.
After five reported cases, the area's police are working together to find a man that has been exposing himself in public. Lower Providence and Upper Providence Township Police Departments are investigating five reported incidents of indecent exposure occurring between April 6 and May 12 in both Lower Providence or Upper Providence townships. The incidents have occurred in the late afternoon and early evening as area residents walk along roads or trails, according to police. Each of the five reports were filed as having happened between 3:20 and 7:25 p.m. Police say that the man would be in place prior to the walkers approaching, jump out of his vehicle without any pants on, or with his pants pulled down. This creep is most likely already in the system that's why he is still walking around. Someone will say he is the victim and we are over-reacting. I totally agree w/SickOfit.
