Teach a Child To Read With RSVP
This Montgomery County program seeks volunteers to help youngsters learn.
Are you searching for a way to give back to your community? The Montgomery County RSVP program could use your help. Children as young as ages 4 to 5 learn to read through the Head Start program, called Child Literacy with RSVP, and they can only do so with the assistance of the volunteers at RSVP. There are 18 districts in the county that utilize the aid provided by RSVP volunteers. The Child Literacy is hosted in 30 classrooms throughout the county, including in the communities of Lansdale, Norristown, Green Lane, Pottstown, Conshohocken, Abington, Souderton and North Hills.
