Ryan Sandor, 37, of the 400 block of Grove Street, was arrested after a traffic stop May 8 and taken into custody for failure to appear on loitering and prowling charges in Montgomery County court.
A Bridgeport man wanted on a Montgomery County warrant for failure to appear at a formal arraignment on a loitering and prowling charge was nabbed by Whitpain Township Police during a traffic stop, police said. Ryan Sandor, 37, of the 400 block of Grove Street, Bridgeport, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. May 8 after his vehicle was stopped for expired inspection, police said. Sandor was taken into custody without incident and later released to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, police said. Court records show Sandor was awaiting arraignment on a misdemeanor prowling charge and a summary trespassing charge from a January 2013 arrest in Lansdale Borough. Sean McCullough plead guilty to charges against him in an inappropriate relationship with a former student.
According to the Pottstown Mercury, Sean Michael McCullough, a former Methacton High School teacher, recently pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to charges against him in relation to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a former student at the school. The article reports that McCullough, 43, admitted to engaging in the illicit behavior with the former student, a girl who was 17 at the time, from a period of September 2009 and 2010. In previous reports, McCullough was alleged to have had “sex chats,” mutual masturbation, exchanging nude photos, kissing and fondling one another. Sean McCullough, former Methacton High School teacher, is seeking a court review to judge if improper relations charges have insufficient evidence.
According to the Mercury, former Methacton High School teacher Sean Michael McCullough, has filed papers in Montgomery County Court for a judge to review charges of an inappropriate relationship with a former student. McCullough’s lawyer, Stephen Geday claims that statements allegedly given to police are not admissible due to coercion and undue influence, according to the article.
